Our policy lasts 30 days, however, if 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange 🙁 Save it for a gift!

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To complete your return, submit your request at :

You will be responsible for paying the shipping label cost for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and will vary upon location. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Late or Missing Refunds
These typically happen due to an issue between your bank and the payment partner on our website. However, almost always, the transactions are rightfully fixed, without any intervention required. This entire process is known to take 7-8 working days.

If you haven’t received a refund post this time frame, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, since it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Under This Policy, We Provide Free Repair Service Only (No Refund/Exchange Will Be Processed). However, In Case Of Mishandling Of The Product, The Repair Will Be Processed On A Chargeable Basis.

Mishandling Of Product Will Include Marks Or Stains, Cut Caused By Any Sharp Object, Burns, Wrong Cleaning Attempts, Color Migration, Etc.

To Return Your Product, You Should Mail Your Product To The Corporate Address.

Depending On Where You Live, The Time It May Take For Your Exchanged Product To Reach You May Vary.

If You Are Shipping An Item Over Rs.1000, You Should Consider Using A Trackable Shipping Service Or Purchasing Shipping Insurance. We Don’t Guarantee That We Will Receive Your Returned Item.
